Need a massage? Well you're in luck, our massage service is back!

Is your back or neck sore from working from home? Have you been stressed and need to find a way to relax? Are your muscles feeling tight?

Good news! Our remedial massage service is recommencing on Monday 15th June! Our massage therapist Sally is excited to be providing massage therapy again after a brief hiatus due to the current health situation.

Under the Public Health Act, premises providing health services including massage therapy may continue to operate and remain open. Equilibrium Physiotherapy is implementing processes to minimise risk of transmission of COVID-19 as requested by NSW Health. These measures include screening clients for symptoms or contact with a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19, identifying and excluding unwell staff members, physical distancing measures where feasible e.g. waiting rooms, and infection control procedures including access to hand sanitiser and enhancing environmental cleaning.

So, think you need a massage? These are some of the benefits you may experience with massage:

  • Aid tissue repair and recovery after exercise, injury or surgery

Types of massage offered at Equilibrium Physiotherapy include:

  • Remedial Massage

  • Myofascial Release
